Allah Jilai Bai – This is a famous singer of Rajasthan, she was born on 1 Feb 1902 in Bikaner, Rajasthan, her father’s name was Nabi Miya and her mother’s name was Hazan Aliman, she belonged to a musical family, now there is no song in her family. Career

Allah jilai bai living in Bikaner was fond of songs since childhood, she always hummed in Marwari language, it was from a very poor family and her father died in childhood, after which her mother brought her up. Started singing at the age of 10 and used to sing it in the court of Maharaja Ganga Singh.

Let me tell you that she was very fond of paan, it is said that she had learned her singing from Mausiki Academy and she considered Hussain Baksh living in Bikaner as her guru, along with she also used to dance, but at the behest of her master, she Quit dancing and started concentrating on singing.

Her most famous song is she Kesaria Balam, whose people are very crazy and she has been sung in many movies later, tell you that it was famous for its singing like MAND, DHUN, THUMRI, KHAYAL and DADRA, and All India Radio But also used to go, she was called to many concerts in Mumbai too and her voice used to hurt so much that people used to cry.

And it was so beautiful that in 1982 she was again awarded the Padma Shri Award and along with it she was also awarded the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 1988, let me tell you that she was once called to London where she visited Queen Elizabeth Hall. I sang a song at a concert and was highly praised there too.

After this, she also got offers to sing in many films, but she wished that singing in films was not a good thing and then she refused the film offer, she asked to sing Kesaria Balam in a film but she refused, after which Lata Mangeshkar took permission from her and she sang this song

Let us tell you that in 2003, her photo was also put on a stamp of 5 rupees, she achieved great heights in her life and then she died on 3 Nov 1902 at the age of 90 and even today her name is taken with great respect.
